Terms of Service

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ConfidentGrowing for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree NOT to:

• Modify, copy, or distribute the app or its content
• Use the app for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to access the app by unauthorized means
• Scrape or download content in bulk
• Engage in any illegal or harmful activity
• Spam, harass, or abuse other users

You are responsible for maintaining your account confidentiality and password. You must provide accurate information when registering.

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in harmful behavior.

Your Rights: You own all content you create (garden plans, tips, community posts).

Our Rights: By posting, you grant us permission to display and use your content on the platform.

Public Content: Community posts are public. Don't share sensitive information.

Moderation: We can remove content that violates these terms, is illegal, or harms others.

App Content: Plant information, care guides, and educational content are provided "as-is" for personal use.

USDA Data: We use public domain data from the USDA Plants Database. See our References page for details.

Trademarks: "ConfidentGrowing" and related logos are trademarks of Old Vineyard Garden LLC.

We use third-party services (Base44, OpenAI, etc.). These services have their own terms of service and privacy policies, which you should review.

We are not responsible for third-party services failing or becoming unavailable.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW:

• The app is provided "as-is" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to what you paid (if applicable)
• Some jurisdictions don't allow liability limitations

Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription whenever you like from the Subscription page using "Manage Billing". Cancelling stops all future charges.

Access runs to the end of your billing period. When you cancel, you keep your paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that the subscription ends and your account returns to the free plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Paid plans renew at the end of each month or year at the price shown on the Subscription page, until you cancel.

No prorated refunds. We do not refund unused time. If you cancel partway through a billing period, the payment for that period is not returned.

Exceptions. We may issue a refund at our discretion, for example for a billing error or a duplicate charge. Contact us from your account email to request one. Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

We can terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms.

You can delete your account anytime from your settings.

We may update these terms anytime. Significant changes will be announced via email or in-app notification.

Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be handled in appropriate courts.
